Consultation Terms of Service

By submitting this reservation, you are purchasing a Quick Clarity Session (“Session”) with Uplevel Assistance, LLC (“we” or “our”). You agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Before the Session. Prior to your virtual Session, you agree to submit responses to a questionnaire to give us an overview of the topics to be discussed.

2. The Session. After you schedule, you will receive a calendar invitation to your schedule. This invitation will include the location of the Session. The Session will last for up to 30 minutes.

3. Information You’ll Need. Please bring the following with you to your Session:

a. your Airtable base to screen share during the session

b. be able to share or discuss your ideal workflow or current challenges with Airtable

4. After Your Session. You will receive email support for any remaining questions for 3 business days after your Session. This should be used any of your for follow-up questions. If you need significant support, we reserve the right to request for you to schedule another Session.

5. Continuing Our Work Together. If you would like to continue working together, we can discuss this, along with next steps.

6. Payment. Payment in full is due at the time you schedule your Session.

7. Refunds. All sales are final. No refunds will be granted if you do not participate or attend.

8. Rescheduling Your Session. If you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice, we will allow you to reschedule your Session 1 time. After that, your Session will be forfeited.

9. No Shows. If you have not appeared within the first 10 minutes of the Session’s start time, it will be considered a no-show and you will forfeit your Session.

10. Confidentiality. All information you share with us will be kept confidential.

11. Disclaimer. We will provide you with information during the Session, which you may use within your business. We do not guarantee any results for your business. To the extent that we discuss any potential income, such as sales or strategy, you understand that these are examples of what can happen and not a guarantee of future results.

12. Our Intellectual Property. In some cases, we may give you access to content that we have created, such as handouts. All of this content is our intellectual property and is for your personal use only. We reserve all rights in this content. You may not distribute, resell, or create derivative works of our intellectual property.
